The Joint Committee on Human Rights reported in April 2012 on the Justice and Security Green Paper and in November 2012 on the Justice and Security Bill.

I submitted written evidence on the Green Paper, in the form of two memoranda dated 26 January and 19 March 2012 (pp.138-155).   I also gave oral evidence on 31 January, alongside Lord Carlile.
