Unduly Limited – OFCOM’s power to tackle terrorism content under Online Safety Bill

This paper (jointly authored with Professor Stuart Macdonald) concludes that OFCOM’s proposed powers to tackle terrorism content (in particular Islamic State content) are currently too limited, and suggests changes to the Online Safety Bill.
