Report on the operation of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing &c. Act in 2012/13
Published and laid before Parliament in December 2013, this is the third annual report on the operation of TAFA 2010. Like its predecessor, it is intended as a yearly update to the detailed treatment of the subject in the report of December 2011.Â

My recommendations were accepted in the Government’s Response of February 2014.
